Design Change: Term used when there is a change in the approved and/or issued plan or permit and updated plans are re-submitted for re-review / re-approval of an Issued Electronic or Paper Plan permit.

You indicated your previous plans were submitted by way of a hard copy (paper plans), submit three sets of plans to the Building and Safety front counter drop off table with a print out of your Design Change Submittal Form which will be emailed to you after you submit this form. A permit tech will contact you if additional information is required.
You indicated your previous plans were submitted electronically through Project Dox, a permit tech will contact you with a link to upload your updated plan sheets as individual pdf files.
