Below are some key details about the run:

One Stride at a Time is a 5K run/walk to foster community and connection raising awareness for mental health, substance use recovery and overdose prevention, and overall wellbeing. Whether you like to run, walk, or jog, this event is for everyone and all ages! Join us at McInnis Park on May 10th at 9 AM to come together to promote community resources and celebrate the power of asking for help. Together, we can make a difference—one stride at a time.

- NO FEES This is a free community event.
- ALL AGES ARE WELCOME! Dogs on leash allowed.
- Tabling, resources, activities and music before and after the event.
- Snacks and water will be provided.
- This will be a run/walk event and is totally flexible, you can do however much you want to do!
This event is a collaboration effort between OD Free Marin, The Marin County Suicide Prevention Collaboration, and Find Your Way.

As consideration for being permitted by the County of Marin to participate in the Event, I forever release the County of Marin and its respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all actions, claims, or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse, and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, or property damaged, related to (i) my participation in the Event; (ii) negligence or other acts by any Releasee related to the Event, or (iii) the condition of the premises where the Event occurs, whether or not I am participating in the Event. I also agree that I, my assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, next of kin, spouse, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the foregoing release. This Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability extends to all claims of every kind whatsoever.
