- The Career Explorer Program is an eight-week summer paid internship that provides opportunities to local youth who may experience barriers to employment or other career development opportunities. The program provides youth ages 15-21 years old with the unique experience of working with a multitude of County of Marin Departments, community agencies, and our public education partners.
  
  Structure of Program
  
  8 week program broken down into 2 phases
  
  Phase 1: June 15, 2026 - June 26, 2026
  
  Week 1-2 : Orientation
  
  Phase 2: June 29, 2026 - Aug 7, 2026
  
  Week 3-8: Site placement
  
  Further details will be provided if you are accepted into the program.
  
  Applicants must commit to the full duration of the internship. Applicants with excessive absences will have their status reviewed by the Program Coordinator.
